 Leo, a 2023 action thriller film in Indian Tamil language, is produced by Seven Screen Studio and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. It is also promoted as Leo: Bloody Sweet. Alongside Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Trisha, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Madonna Sebastian, George Maryan, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, and Mathew Thomas, Vijay plays the title character in the movie. It is the third entry in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe and is based on the 2005 graphic book adaption of the same name, A History of Violence. The movie centers on Parthi, a café owner and animal rescuer in Theog, who is being sought after by criminals Harold Das and Antony because they think he is Leo, Antony's estranged son.

Given that it is Vijay's 67th feature film as the lead actor, the movie was first formally announced in January 2023 under the working title Thalapathy 67. A few days later, the real title was revealed. In addition to a spotty schedule in Kashmir, principal photography began in Chennai the same month. It was completed by mid-July, with another schedule held at the original site. Anirudh Ravichander created the film's soundtrack, Manoj Paramahamsa took care of the photography, and Philomin Raj handled the editing.

On October 19, 2023, Leo was released in both normal and IMAX versions globally, receiving varying reviews from reviewers. In Theog, Himachal Pradesh, Parthiban "Parthi" owns a café and rescues animals. He resides there with his wife Sathya, son Siddharth "Siddhu," and daughter Mathi "Chintu." A spotted hyena that is posing a threat to the locals is called for assistance by Parthi's buddy, Joshy Andrews, a forest ranger, one day. Parthi subdues the hyena with Siddhu's assistance.
